What is “Time Let Me Play?”

Dylan Thomas's Fern Hill is a lushly exuberant poem in celebration of youth and the natural world.  The spirit of this work and the name of this studio are drawn from this verse:

In the sun that is young once only,
Time let me play and be
Golden in the mercy of his means.

I am aware that time is fleeting.  I can be an unforgiving taskmaster.  And I know the Reaper is out there, with my name on his list….date of our rendezvous still to be determined.  

For as long as I am able, I hope that time (and I) will allow me to play....
